Technical Support Specialist (M/F) - €50K

Our client manufactures and sells urinalysis systems for use in hospitals and commercial laboratories worldwide. These systems perform both chemistry and microscopic analyses.


The mission :
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and training to customers, Field Service Engineers, Field Application Specialists, and Distributors
• Provide input/support to R&D Department
• Take parts orders during and outside of normal business hours to support Field Service Engineer and customer repairs
• Open, close, and audit Telephone Call Reports and Service files
• Maintain instrumentation located at corporate headquarters and field sales demo equipment


The profile :
Key Requirements
• Fluent in French and English.
• Qualification in a Life Science discipline
• Laboratory experience
• 2-5 years service experience
• Troubleshooting electronics and mechanical assemblies
• Basic computer skills
• Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
• Strong customer relations skills
